Approximately 45 acres of vineyard land, divided into four blocks with graded roads for easy access, is located to the south of the buildings and paved road. The soils in the vineyard are Arbuckle Positas complex and Arbuckle San Ysidro complex, well suited for grape production. The vineyard was originally planted in 1980/1981 with all vines on their own roots. Grape quality was excellent, with most varietals receiving gold medals, best of class or 90+ point ratings. Due to the low yields of the old vines, the majority of the vines have been removed and the land is ready to be replanted. Eight acres have stakes, wires and drip line in place with 4x12 spacing.
